Description
This MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation Multi-Zone Ductless Mini-Split system pairs a 55,000 BTU outdoor condenser with six OuttaSight ceiling cassette indoor air handlers (18K + 6K + 6K + 6K + 6K + 6K BTU), giving you DIY-installable heating and cooling across up to 6 separate spaces totaling as much as 2,290 sq. ft. from a single MRCOOL® condenser.
Highlights
- No HVAC professional required – the patented pre-charged Quick-Connect® line sets use R-454B refrigerant and skip the evacuation and charging steps of a traditional install.
- Efficient performance – the condenser is rated SEER2 22 and HSPF2-4 10.6.
- Smart control – operate the system with the Smart HVAC app (Apple and Android) or hands-free through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, in addition to the included wireless remote.
- Six-zone flexibility – this condenser powers a 18K + 6K + 6K + 6K + 6K + 6K BTU ceiling cassette air handler combination, so each space can be heated or cooled independently.
- Low-profile ceiling install – each OuttaSight® cassette fits between 16" ceiling joists (including pre-manufactured I-joists) for a flush, discreet appearance with no ductwork or wall space required.
- Advanced filtration and easy maintenance – the Elevation function lowers the filter panel for convenient cleaning, and a two-stage DC motor keeps operation quiet.
- Backed by a strong warranty – 5-year parts warranty, 7-year compressor warranty, and a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty once enrolled in the MRCOOL® Care Program.
