This MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 48,000 BTU ductless mini-split system pairs one outdoor condenser with five wall-mounted indoor air handlers, and installs without a licensed HVAC technician thanks to patented pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets that eliminate the evacuation and charging steps of a traditional install.

This 48,000 BTU 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® condenser powers five independent wall-mounted zones, each on its own thermostat, so different rooms can be heated or cooled separately without ductwork. It's backed by a 5-year parts warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty, with a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty available through the MRCOOL® Care Program — a fit for homeowners covering several rooms or an entire home with one ductless system.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
