Description
The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 48,000 BTU 5-Zone Ductless Mini-Split Condenser is a DIY-installable heat pump system built to heat and cool up to 5 zones in a single home. Its patented Quick Connect® line sets come pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the evacuation and charging steps a typical mini-split installation requires.
Highlights
- Achieves a SEER2 of 21.8 and an HSPF2 of 10 for efficient year-round heating and cooling.
- Pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets filled with R-454B refrigerant remove the vacuuming/evacuation step from installation.
- Includes DIYPro® cable, eliminating the need for electrical conduit.
- Control every zone from the SmartHVAC app, or hands-free with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
- Ceiling cassettes mount flush between 16" ceiling joists (including pre-manufactured I-joists) for a low-profile, discreet install.
- Elevation function lowers the filter panel for easy cleaning, and Swing Technology directs airflow around the room.
