This MRCOOL DIY 5th Generation ductless mini-split system pairs a 36,000 BTU 5-zone outdoor condenser with five ceiling cassette air handlers (18K BTU, 6K BTU, 6K BTU, 6K BTU, 6K BTU), giving you whole-home comfort across up to 5 separate spaces totaling around 1,500 sq. ft. from a single DIY-installed system.

Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer, and this 5-zone DIY system is backed by a 5-year parts warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty from MRCOOL, with an optional Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty through the MRCOOL® Care Program. Because each zone is installed and controlled independently, it's well suited to comfortably heating and cooling several rooms of a home — bedrooms, a living area, and a home office, for example — from one outdoor condenser, without opening walls for ductwork.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
