Description
This MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 55,000 BTU multi-zone ductless mini-split condenser powers four independently controlled ceiling cassette air handlers (12K + 12K + 12K + 6K BTU), rated at 22 SEER2 and 10.6 HSPF2-4 efficiency. It installs without a licensed HVAC technician, using MRCOOL®'s pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets.
Highlights
- True DIY installation — pre-charged Quick Connect® line sets (R-454B refrigerant) skip the evacuating and vacuuming steps a professional install requires.
- 22 SEER2 / 10.6 HSPF2-4 efficiency rating helps lower year-round heating and cooling costs.
- Low-profile cassettes fit flush between 16" ceiling joists (including pre-manufactured I-joists) for a discreet, no-ductwork install.
- Elevation function lowers the filter panel for easy access during maintenance.
- Advanced filtration and a whisper-quiet, two-stage DC motor.
- Control each zone from the SmartHVAC app (iOS/Android) or hands-free with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
