Description
This MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen ductless mini-split system pairs a 27,000 BTU multi-zone condenser with 4 wall mount indoor units (9K+6K+6K+6K BTU), rated at SEER2 23 and HSPF2-4 9.5. The system installs without a licensed HVAC professional, using MRCOOL's pre-charged Quick Connect line sets (R-454B refrigerant) to skip the evacuation and vacuuming steps of a traditional install.
Highlights
- True DIY installation — pre-charged Quick Connect line sets (R-454B refrigerant) eliminate the evacuation and vacuuming steps a professional install would require.
- Smart HVAC app (iOS/Android) lets you set schedules, switch modes, and monitor energy use per zone, with voice control through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
- Included DIYPro cable removes the need for electrical conduit between the condenser and indoor units.
- Follow Me function on the included remote adjusts airflow based on the remote's location for more even comfort.
- Gold Fin condenser coil adds corrosion resistance, and each indoor unit's Dry Mode helps manage indoor humidity.
- Backed by a 5-year parts warranty, a 7-year compressor warranty, and a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty once enrolled in the MRCOOL Care Program.
