Description
This MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen 3-zone ductless mini-split pairs a 36,000 BTU outdoor condenser with three ceiling cassette indoor air handlers (18K + 6K + 6K BTU), installable without hiring an HVAC professional thanks to pre-charged DIY QuickConnect line sets filled with R-454B refrigerant.
Highlights
- Pre-charged 25-foot DIY QuickConnect line sets (R-454B refrigerant) let you skip the vacuuming and evacuation steps other mini-splits require.
- Included DIYPRO cable removes the need for electrical conduit, adding durability against outdoor elements.
- Condenser rated for up to 5 indoor zones and approximately 1,500 sq. ft., so this 3-zone configuration (18K + 6K + 6K BTU) leaves room to expand later.
- SmartHVAC app control plus Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility for per-zone scheduling and monitoring.
- Follow Me function on the included remote adjusts airflow based on the remote's location; Dry Mode helps manage humidity.
- Gold Fin condenser coil offers added corrosion resistance for coastal or humid climates.
