The condenser is rated up to 3 zones and up to 750 sq. ft. of combined coverage, with a SEER2 of 23.9 and an HSPF2-4 of 10.

- SmartHVAC app (Apple and Android) plus Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant/Google Home compatibility let you set schedules, switch modes, and monitor the system remotely.
- Follow Me® function on each included remote adjusts airflow based on the remote's location for more even comfort.
- Gold Fin® condenser coil offers added corrosion resistance, a benefit in coastal or high-humidity climates.
- Backed by a 5-year parts warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty, with a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty available through enrollment in the MRCOOL® Care Program.
