Description
This MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen 2-zone ductless mini-split system pairs a 55,000 BTU condenser with two 18,000 BTU wall-mount air handlers, letting you heat and cool two mid-to-large rooms without hiring an HVAC professional. The condenser is rated at SEER2 22 and HSPF2-4 10.6, and its pre-charged Quick Connect line sets use R-454B refrigerant to skip the evacuation and vacuuming steps of a traditional install.
Highlights
- Pre-charged Quick Connect line sets (R-454B refrigerant) and the included DIYPro cable let you install the system yourself, with no electrical conduit or refrigerant vacuuming required.
- Two 18,000 BTU wall-mount air handlers, each rated for spaces up to 800 sq. ft., zone two rooms independently from one outdoor condenser.
- Smart HVAC app (iOS/Android) with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility for schedules, mode control, and energy monitoring.
- Follow Me function on the included remote adjusts airflow based on the remote's location; Dry Mode helps manage indoor humidity.
- Gold Fin condenser coil offers added corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor durability, including coastal climates.
- Backed by a 5-year parts warranty, 7-year compressor warranty, and a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty with MRCOOL Care Program enrollment.
