Description
The Crystal Quest 2-Stage Whole House Water Filter uses two 20-inch Big Blue housings on the main cold water line, with the cartridge for each stage chosen at purchase. It needs no electricity and has no backwash valve or drain connection.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Installation should be done by a qualified, licensed plumber in a protected location on the main cold potable line, away from freezing, direct sunlight, and heat. After installation, flush the system for 10 minutes, wait 1 hour, then flush for another 10 minutes. Performance depends on cartridge choice, water chemistry, contaminant levels, and simultaneous demand.

- Built with NSF-certified components; the assembled system itself is not NSF certified
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
