Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This whole-house reverse osmosis system is installed at the point where water enters the home, treating water for the entire household rather than a single fixture. With properly maintained prefilters and membranes, these systems are rated to last 15–20 years, with flow rate options suited to households from about 1 bathroom up to 5 or more.

- Includes a commercial-grade RO system with prefiltration to extend membrane life, an atmospheric storage tank, a pump, and float switches
- Optional add-ons available, including a 12 GPM UV water sterilizer and alkalizing/remineralizing postfilter systems
- Optional upgrades available, such as a stainless-steel rotary vane pump, concentrate recycle valve, digital TDS controllers, and a computer controller with feed flush (4,000 GPD and up)
- Systems are rated for 77°F feed water with TDS under 2,000; contact us for guidance if your water falls outside these parameters
- Additional shipping charges may apply to orders that include a 500-gallon storage tank
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
