The Crystal Quest SMART Whole-House Filtration System is installed at the point where water enters the home and is designed to address chemicals, sediment, and hard minerals that can affect taste, damage plumbing, and shorten appliance life.
Highlights
- SMART Multimedia filtration combines Dual Coconut Shell Granulated Activated Carbon, Eagle Redox Alloy® 6500 & 9500, Ion Exchange Resin, and ceramic/tourmaline mineral balls to reduce a wide range of contaminants
- Helps reduce chlorine and chloramines, PFAS/PFOS compounds, herbicides and pesticides, petroleum and pharmaceutical byproducts, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, VOCs, sulfur odors, industrial solvents, and the four common trihalomethanes (chloroform, dibromochloromethane, bromodichloromethane, and bromoform)
- Three-stage process: a 20-inch sediment pre-filter, SMART Multimedia filtration, and a 20-inch solid carbon post-filter
- 9–13 GPM flow rate designed to maintain filtration performance when multiple fixtures run at the same time
- Can be paired with a traditional salt-based softener or a salt-free water conditioner for homes with hard water
- Optional 12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer and ozone-based oxidation system upgrades available
Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This system is covered by Crystal Quest's one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (filter cartridges and UV bulbs excluded). It's designed for point-of-entry, whole-house installation, providing filtered water at every fixture in homes with 1–4 bathrooms.

- Note: pinholes or rust may occur on stainless steel tanks in high-humidity environments or where salt/condensation is present without routine maintenance — a fiberglass tank is recommended in those conditions
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
