Description
The Crystal Quest Commercial SMART Water Filtration System uses a layered SMART Multimedia filtration bed to reduce and remove contaminants throughout the filter, capturing particles as small as 5–15 microns — significantly finer than many conventional sand or basic media filters.
Highlights
- Core filtration blend of high-quality coconut shell granular activated carbon (GAC) and catalytic carbon helps reduce chlorine and chloramines, VOCs, industrial chemicals and solvents, pesticides and herbicides, and unpleasant taste and odor
- Installed at the point where water enters the building, treating water for drinking and cooking, showering and bathing, laundry and dishwashing, ice makers/refrigerators, and humidifiers/appliances
- Customizable systems come with pre- and post-filters and can be paired with a water softener for hard water
- Engineered to maintain strong water flow and consistent pressure even at high daily water usage
- Filtration media is designed for long service life, often lasting years before replacement is required

This system is covered by Crystal Quest's one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (filter cartridges and UV bulbs excluded). It's designed for point-of-entry, whole-building installation in commercial and light-industrial settings that need consistent flow and multi-stage filtration.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
