Description
The Crystal Quest Mini Whole House Water Filter for metal removal uses an iron filter cartridge to reduce iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide, at a recommended flow rate of 2–4 gallons per minute. It runs without electricity and without backwashing.

Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This compact cartridge system is sized for smaller households where iron, manganese, or sulfur odor is a concern. Cartridges are simple to change, and the Double and Triple configurations add further stages for taste, odor, and chemical reduction.

- Floor stand is a lightweight, powder-coated aluminum frame, so the system can be placed without drilling into walls
- Replacement cartridges: Iron Filter Cartridge (CQE-RC-04083), SMART Plus Filter Cartridge (CQE-RC-04016), Carbon Block Filter Cartridge (CQE-RC-04014)
- A leak detector or flood-prevention valve is optional but recommended, since flood damage can result from factors such as installation errors
- Higher contaminant levels or more people in the home call for a larger unit with more media for longer contact time
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
