Description
This 2.25" x 3" Crystal Quest replacement cartridge fits the brand's shower, handheld and combo shower filters and is rated for a 2 GPM flow. In a QFT Laboratory test under NSF/ANSI 177, it showed about 72% to 89% free chlorine reduction across a 500-gallon test volume.

- The lab report is a test report, not a product certification, and does not cover chloramines
- Does not fit the Bath Ball, which uses the Bath Ball Replacement Cartridge (CQE-RC-04052)
- Not designed to treat hardness, bacteria, viruses, fluoride, nitrate, TDS or microbiologically unsafe water
- After installing, run hot water for 2 to 3 minutes to flush loose media fines, then let the water cool before showering
- Check that both O-rings are seated and lightly coat them with a non-petroleum oil (not coconut oil)
- Protect from freezing and direct sunlight; not intended for outdoor use
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
