Description
The Crystal Quest Standard/SMART Water Pitcher Cartridge is the standard replacement cartridge for the Crystal Quest Water Pitcher Filter System. In IAPMO R&T Lab report 2295-20552 (2020), tested to the NSF/ANSI 42 chlorine reduction method, it averaged 97.3% chlorine reduction over a 40-gallon test capacity.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. If flow slows, check that the cartridge is firmly seated and clean it, and replace it if flow does not recover. Specialty cartridges for the same pitcher include SMART/Fluoride Removal, SMART/Arsenic Removal, Alkalizing and Demineralizer (DI). Made in the USA under ISO 9001 quality management.

- Pitcher, lid and reservoir are not included
- The chlorine result is a test report, not a certification
- Not designed to treat fluoride, arsenic, nitrate or TDS, or water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality
- First use: soak upright in cold water for 20 minutes, rinse for 10 to 15 seconds, press into the reservoir, then fill and discard the first two pitchers
- Capacity is an estimate; replace sooner if taste, odor or flow changes
- Cartridge color may change without notice; the part number stays the same
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
