Description
The Crystal Quest Alkalize/Ionizer, Mineralizer & Oxidation Cartridge is a drop-in cartridge filled with calcite and magnesium oxide. It adds calcium, magnesium and alkalinity to RO or naturally soft water, raising pH and reducing corrosiveness, with a typical service life of 12 to 24 months.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. The 2-7/8" x 9-3/4" size works as the final stage in countertop and under-sink systems, and the 20" and Big Blue sizes go after the filtration stages in whole house cartridge systems. Actual service life depends on incoming water and usage. Crystal Quest also makes a sealed inline version for RO systems and water coolers.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
