Description
The NaceCare DHB 420 is a cordless 14-inch hydrowasher powered by a 48V lithium battery that runs 50 minutes and recharges fully in one hour. Its counter-rotating cylindrical brushes turn at 750 RPM with 800,000 bristles for hard floors, carpet and escalators.

Details
The DHB 420 fits facilities that need cord-free cleaning for at least part of the route: open floors where a trailing cord is a hazard, or areas without nearby outlets. Where outlet access is consistent, the corded DH 420 (K-8025051) avoids the battery altogether.

- Steam mode is optional through the H-Box; the factory steam-equipped version is the DHB 420 Deluxe (K-8025053).
- UltraBrush options: yellow for carpet, grey for general hard floors, black for aggressive scrubbing.
- Cleans hard floors, carpets and escalators with a brush change.
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
