The MRCOOL Signature Series 24K Heat Pump Condenser delivers 24,000 BTU (2 Ton) of all-season heating and cooling with a 14.3 SEER2 and 11.7 EER2 rating, paired here with a matching Multi-Position Air Handler.

This Signature Series 24K system pairs a single-speed scroll-compressor condenser with a matched multi-position air handler for a compact, flexible-installation central system. The condenser carries a 10-year limited parts warranty plus a limited lifetime compressor warranty, and the air handler carries its own 10-year limited parts warranty. It's a fit for space-constrained installations that still need full-capacity heating and cooling.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
