Description
The MRCOOL Olympus 48,000 BTU 5-zone heat pump condenser pairs with five matched 9,000 BTU ceiling-concealed ducted air handlers for uniform, out-of-sight comfort across five rooms. Inverter-driven operation delivers SEER2 ratings as high as 24 and keeps working reliably in outdoor temperatures as low as 5°F.
Highlights
- Whole-home, multi-room comfort: one outdoor condenser powers five independently controlled 9,000 BTU ducted zones for tailored heating and cooling room by room.
- Concealed installation: ceiling-integrated duct air handlers mount flush above the ceiling line for a discreet look with no visible indoor unit.
- High-efficiency inverter technology: SEER2 ratings up to 24 and HSPF2-4 up to 10.6 help lower energy costs year-round.
- Cold-climate reliability: rated to operate in outdoor temperatures as low as 5°F.
- Flexible control: manage the system with the MRCOOL SmartHVAC app, the included wired wall controller and handheld remote for each zone, or voice commands via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
- Built-in safeguards: sleep mode, auto restart, and refrigerant leak detection support safe, consistent operation.

Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer. This 5-zone Olympus system is built for larger homes that need ductless heating and cooling without extensive ductwork — its ceiling-concealed duct air handlers keep the equipment out of sight while still delivering independent temperature control in each room. Backed by a 7-year compressor warranty and a 5-year parts warranty when professionally installed and registered, it suits multi-room additions, open-concept living areas, or homes replacing an aging central system. Professional HVAC installation is required.
