Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer. This Olympus 4th Gen 3-zone system pairs a 36,000 BTU heat pump condenser with a 12,000 BTU wall-mount unit and two 9,000 BTU wall-mount units, giving each room independent heating and cooling control — such as a larger bedroom paired with two smaller offices or bonus rooms. The system is covered by a limited lifetime warranty on the indoor units plus a 7-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty on the condenser when registered and installed by a licensed professional, and it runs on R-454B refrigerant. Professional HVAC installation is required.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
