Description
This MRCOOL Olympus ceiling cassette is the 12,000 BTU indoor unit for one zone of a professionally installed multi-zone system, and ships with its decorative panel.
Highlights
- Recesses into the ceiling, so no wall space is taken up and the unit sits largely out of view
- Supplied with the decorative face panel, so no separate panel order is needed
- Pairs with a MRCOOL Olympus multi-zone condenser

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer. Ordering the cassette on its own lets a contractor use it in the rooms where a wall unit would not suit, while other zones on the same condenser stay wall mounted or ducted. It is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, and full terms are set out in the product documentation.

- Requires ceiling cavity depth for the recessed body. Check the installation manual before ordering.
- Used by the Build Your Own Mini Split configurator to assemble a custom system.
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
