This 3 Ton MRCOOL® Hyper Heat 2nd Gen Central Ducted Heat Pump Condenser and VersaPro® Air Handler system is engineered for reliable performance in extreme weather, rated at up to 17.4 SEER2 and 10.2 HSPF2-4, and includes a 25 Ft. R-454B No-Vac pre-charged line set.

Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer. This Hyper Heat 2nd Gen condenser and VersaPro® air handler are designed to work together for whole-home heating and cooling in spaces up to 1,500 sq. ft. The system is backed by a 10-year warranty covering the compressor, parts, and labor, with labor coverage activated automatically at installation. The included 25 Ft. No-Vac line set and MRCOOL® Smart Thermostat are built to simplify installation and everyday temperature control.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
