Description
This MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen ceiling cassette is the 9,000 BTU indoor unit for one zone of a multi-zone system, recessing into the ceiling instead of hanging on a wall.
Highlights
- Recesses into the ceiling, so no wall space is taken up and the unit sits largely out of view
- Sized for one room, so each zone of a system can be matched to the space it serves
- Connects to a MRCOOL DIY multi-zone condenser with a pre-charged quick-connect line set
- Takes a 1/4" x 3/8" line set, shared with the 6,000 and 12,000 BTU handlers
- Heat pump operation, providing both cooling and heating in the zone
Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer. Ordering the cassette on its own means it can be used in the one room where a wall unit would not suit, while other zones on the same condenser stay wall mounted. It is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, and full terms are set out in the product documentation.
