Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized MRCOOL dealer, and this heat kit ships as genuine MRCOOL equipment backed by the manufacturer's warranty — see product documentation for full terms. An 8 kW kit provides supplemental electric heat on cold days, when a heat pump alone needs help holding the setpoint in a ducted home. Sizing and installation should be handled by a qualified HVAC technician working from the documentation supplied with the unit.
