Description
The Moiswell Pioneer-XI commercial dehumidifier removes up to 160 pints of moisture per day at saturation (73 pints per day under AHAM conditions) with 265 CFM airflow for areas up to 7,000 square feet. Its built-in condensate pump moves water about 16.4 feet vertically or horizontally.

Details
The Pioneer-XI is a basement dehumidifier and restoration unit for contractors, facility teams and property owners handling flood cleanup, construction drying, garages, workshops, offices and warehouses. It reduces damp conditions and musty odors and helps control humidity that can lead to mold and mildew growth. Moiswell lists a two-year full warranty and a five-year limited warranty.

- Secure the correct hose before operating and route it without bends, kinks or obstructions. For gravity drainage, keep the outlet below the unit on a continuous downward slope.
- Install the detachable handles securely before moving the unit.
- Upgraded copper components and a digital control panel.
- Power: requires a grounded 110–120V, 60Hz outlet (Type B plug, 10.2A).
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
