Description
The Moiswell Explorer VP320 commercial dehumidifier with pump removes up to 305 pints of moisture per day at saturation (130 pints per day AHAM) and moves 412 CFM of air across up to 8,500 square feet. Its built-in condensate pump moves water about 16.4 feet vertically or horizontally, so the unit does not need to sit beside a floor drain.

- Controls: digital control panel for humidity settings and operating status, with automatic error alerts.
- What's included: dehumidifier, pump drain hose, washable and reusable air filter, 6.56-foot grounded power cord and owner's manual. The transport handle and four swivel casters are built in.
- Power: the NEMA 5-20P plug requires a compatible grounded 20-amp receptacle. A standard 15-amp household outlet will not accept it. Do not alter the plug, remove the ground or use an undersized adapter or extension cord.
- Before deployment: confirm site electrical compatibility and route the drain hose without kinks or obstructions.
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
