Description
The Moiswell Explorer V320 commercial dehumidifier removes up to 305 pints of moisture per day at saturation and moves 412 CFM of air across industrial and commercial areas up to 9,000 square feet. It drains continuously by gravity through the included hose and uses an R32 refrigeration system.

Moiswell lists a two-year full warranty and a five-year limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer's current registration requirements and exclusions.

- Controls: digital control panel with automatic humidity control that cycles the compressor to hold the selected setting.
- What's included: dehumidifier, continuous gravity drain hose, grounded power cord with NEMA 5-20P plug and owner's manual. An external condensate pump is not included.
- Drainage: there is no built-in pump. Keep the hose outlet below the unit with a continuous downward slope and no kinks or rising sections. An external condensate pump is required if water must travel upward.
- Power: the NEMA 5-20P plug requires a compatible 20-amp, 120V receptacle. A standard 15-amp receptacle will not accept it and should not be modified. Have a qualified electrician check the circuit if the site lacks a grounded NEMA 5-20R outlet.
- Jobsite safety: keep the power cord away from standing water, damaged surfaces and vehicle traffic.
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
