The Moiswell Defender ME-7 removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day at saturation and 35 pints per day under AHAM conditions, using continuous gravity drainage through the included 6.56 ft hose. It is Energy Star certified and covers basements, crawl spaces and living areas up to 1,000 square feet.

- Automatic defrost, power-outage auto-restart and automatic error detection.
- Included: Defender ME-7 dehumidifier, 6.56 ft gravity drain hose, 6.56 ft grounded electrical cord and integrated cord wrap.
- No built-in condensate pump: keep the hose outlet below the unit with a continuous downward slope, and do not let the hose rise, bend, kink or become blocked.
- If water must travel upward, a compatible external condensate pump is required and sold separately.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet unobstructed. Requires a grounded 110–120V, 60Hz outlet; operates from 41°F to 95°F.
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
