Description
The Crystal Quest Lead Removal Water Filtration System is a commercial tank system that pairs a multi-media lead reduction bed with a softener resin stage. The media blend combines coconut-shell and catalytic GAC, Eagle Redox Alloys 9500 and 6500, and anion exchange resin.

- Timer control valves with a self-adjusting backwash controller and high flow distributor
- Potassium chloride uses about 10% more salt than sodium chloride; its backwash can be discharged onto a lawn or garden, while sodium chloride backwash must go to a sewer
- Media blend is also listed for pharmaceutical by-products and petroleum by-products
- Manual backwash and manual upflow control heads are listed as compatible for 15–75 GPM tank sizes; the manual upflow head needs no electricity
- Add-ons available on request: metered control valve, backwash or regeneration bypass, no hard water bypass, 3200NT or NXT controller upgrade, duplex, twin alternating or triplex configurations, and skid mounting
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
