Description
The Crystal Quest Hybrid Ultrafiltration Bottleless Water Cooler connects to a water line and filters through a 0.02 micron ultrafiltration membrane, so there are no plastic jugs to carry or store. It dispenses both hot and cold water and produces no wastewater.

Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This cooler suits offices, break rooms and homes that want filtered hot and cold water without handling bottles. Because it uses ultrafiltration only, it does not need a drain line; check that your water pressure falls within 30-60 psi before installation.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.

- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
