Description
The Crystal Quest Hybrid Bottleless Water Cooler treats water with a 0.02-micron ultrafiltration (UF) membrane followed by a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, then dispenses it hot or cold. It connects to a water line and the kitchen drain, so there are no bottles to change.
Highlights
- UF membrane lowers total suspended solids without producing wastewater and protects the RO membrane
- RO membrane removes a majority of remaining suspended solids and a range of contaminants, with hardness flushed to the drain
- Heats 1.5 gal per hour at 185 F and cools 1.95 gal per hour

- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.

- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.

- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
