The Crystal Quest H-Flow H80-4S is a four-stage horizontal high-pressure pump rated at 80 GPM nominal flow, driven by a 5 HP, 3500 RPM single-phase motor. It weighs 141 lb and is built for industrial, commercial and agricultural water systems.

Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Confirm the motor voltage matches your power supply before installation. Adjust flow and pressure with the discharge valve, never by throttling the suction side, and lubricate bearings per the manufacturer's recommendations.

- Mount on a flat, stable surface secured with anchor bolts, and support piping so it does not stress the pump connections
- Check valve and isolation valve are recommended on the discharge side (not included)
- Wire to local electrical codes, ground the motor and verify rotation matches the arrow on the casing
- Prime the casing before starting and use the vent valve to remove trapped air
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
