Description
The Crystal Quest H-Flow H35-12S is a twelve-stage horizontal booster pump rated at 35 GPM nominal flow, driven by a 3 HP, 3500 RPM single-phase motor. It pairs a cast iron inlet bracket and discharge housing with a 304 stainless steel pump housing.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. The H35-12S is part of the EZ Series booster pump line for industrial, commercial and agricultural water systems. Keep the suction connection airtight to prevent cavitation, and inspect the mechanical seal and wear rings regularly, cleaning or replacing them as needed.

- Install on a stable, level surface in a clean, dry, well-ventilated location
- Check valve and isolation valves are recommended on both suction and discharge lines (not included)
- Power should be connected by a certified electrician to local code, with the motor grounded
- Prime the casing through the priming port and purge air from the suction line before running
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
