Description
The Crystal Quest First Draw & Flush Dual Lead Test measures lead in two samples from the same tap: one taken after water has sat in the pipes, and one taken after flushing. National Testing Laboratories analyzes both down to 0.001 mg/L, which helps show whether lead is coming from fixtures and plumbing.
Highlights
- Two lead results from one kit: first draw and flush
- Minimum detection level of 0.001 mg/L for each sample
- Comparing the two samples helps locate the source of lead in your plumbing
- Results reported using EPA standards
- Simple three-step process: collect, return, receive your report
Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Because the first-draw sample sits in the pipes and the flush sample does not, comparing the two results helps show whether lead is coming from fixtures or plumbing. This kit is a straightforward way to measure lead at a specific tap before choosing a filter.
