Description
The Ebac DD400 uses a desiccant rotor to pull moisture from the air, so it keeps drying in cold conditions where a refrigerant machine slows down. Ebac rates it at a typical 71.5 pints per day (33.8 L) at 27°C and 60% RH, with 271 CFM of dry process air.
Highlights
- Manual / automatic mode selection: run it continuously during a dry-out, or switch to automatic and let humidity readings decide when it works.
- Remote humidity sensor facility: take the control reading where it matters; an optional humidistat is also available.
- Hours run meter and ammeter: log run time for billing or service intervals and check current draw on site.
- 5" process and 4" regen ducts: duct dry air into a closed space and send wet regeneration air outside.
- High process airflow: 271 CFM of dry air gives more air turnover in bigger or leakier spaces.
Details
Use the DD400 in warehouses, plant rooms, archives and larger restoration jobs where 220V single-phase power is available. At 59.5 lbs and 21.25" deep it is still a free-standing unit with carrying handles for moving on site.
