Description
The Ebac DD300 uses a desiccant rotor to pull moisture from the air, so it keeps drying in cold conditions where a refrigerant machine slows down. Ebac rates it at a typical 69 pints per day (32.6 L) at 27°C and 60% RH, with 136 CFM of dry process air.
Highlights
- Manual / automatic mode selection: run it continuously during a dry-out, or switch to automatic and let humidity readings decide when it works.
- Remote humidity sensor facility: take the control reading where it matters; an optional humidistat is also available.
- Hours run meter and ammeter: log run time for billing or service intervals and check current draw on site.
- 5" process and 2.75" regen ducts: duct dry air into a closed space and send wet regeneration air outside.
- Single filtered air inlet: one filtered intake feeds both air streams, keeping dust off the rotor.
Details
The DD300 fits jobs where only standard 110V power is on hand, such as cold storage areas, basements through the winter, and water-damaged rooms where the heat is off. At 1.4 kW and 12.4 A it needs a circuit with room for that load, and at 44 lbs it moves easily between rooms.
