Description
Installed at the point where water enters the home, the Crystal Quest Eagle Whole House Filtration System is designed to filter contaminants and improve taste and odor throughout the home's plumbing while enhancing water's natural mineral balance to help create alkaline water in the pH 8–9 range (compared to a neutral pH of about 7).

- SMART Multimedia filtration helps reduce chlorine and chloramines, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, chromium and other inorganic contaminants, herbicides and pesticides, and petroleum and pharmaceutical byproducts
- A proprietary Ionizer mineral blend (magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, white ceramic media, and tourmaline/infrared mineral balls) helps raise water pH toward a more naturally balanced, alkaline range
- Available in two capacities: 1,000,000-gallon system suited for 1–3 bathrooms, or 1,500,000-gallon system suited for 2–4 bathrooms
- Can be paired with optional salt-free water conditioning technology that helps reduce scale buildup without salt, brine tanks, or backwashing
- Optional 12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer (CQE-UV-00104) available to help address bacteria, viruses, algae, and protozoa
Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This system is covered by Crystal Quest's one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (filter cartridges and UV bulbs excluded). It's built for point-of-entry, whole-house installation, treating water for every faucet, shower, and appliance in homes with 1–4 bathrooms.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
