Description
The Crystal Quest Dosing System injects a treatment solution into the water line ahead of the filtration system. It ships with a 5 GPD pump and a 30-gallon retention tank, and is offered in 110V or 220V with a choice of six solutions.

- Included: 5 GPD pump, 30-gallon retention tank, 3 connecting nuts (1/4" or 3/8"), 3 ferrules with 1/4" and 6 mm or 2 ferrules with 3/8", 1 injection check valve (100 psi) or 1 injection fitting (25 psi), 1 weighted strainer, 1 roll of 20' 1/4" white suction/discharge tubing, 1 mounting bracket
- Silica: for feedwater with higher levels of metals, silica and scale-forming minerals; helps prevent scale that restricts membrane flow
- Anti-foulant: for membrane systems with high fouling potential from silt, organics, colloids and fine particles
- Combo Blend: combines the silica and anti-foulant solutions
- Sodium Bicarbonate: raises pH without increasing hardness, for water with pH below 6.0; injects at 1 GPM or 50 GPM
- Citric Acid: lowers pH; injects at 1 GPM or up to 22 GPM
- Chlorine: injects chlorine for private wells, used for odors, iron pre-treatment, iron bacteria and converting arsenic III to V
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
