Description
The Crystal Quest Demineralizing (DI) Water Filtration System produces deionized process water at service flows from 11 to 390 GPM. It removes minerals from water for laboratory, medical, rinsing, process, and spot-free work, and is not intended to produce drinking water.

Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Choose the model by the service flow your process needs, then pick an automatic timer head or one of the manual heads offered on the 11-75 GPM sizes. Plan pre-treatment for bacteria, particles, and organics separately, since DI media treats dissolved minerals only. Contact us to size resin replacement for your water and usage.

- Makes deionized process water, not drinking water; for low-TDS drinking water, a reverse osmosis system is the better fit
- Removes minerals only: it does not remove bacteria or particles and does little for most organic chemicals
- Deionized water is easily contaminated, can corrode materials it contacts, and its pH drops when exposed to air
- Metered control valve, backwash bypass, 3200NT or NXT controller, duplex, twin alternating, or triplex configurations, and skid mounting available on request
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
