Description
The Crystal Quest Big Blue 3-Stage Whole House Water Filter uses three 20-inch housings: a 5-micron sediment prefilter, a treatment cartridge you choose from seven options, and a 5-micron coconut-shell carbon block finishing stage. It connects with 1-inch inlet and outlet ports and needs no electricity or drain.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Crystal Quest has manufactured water filtration systems in the USA since 1994 under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Lead and arsenic cartridges should be chosen based on water testing, and the lead cartridge cannot address lead added by plumbing downstream of the system. Replace cartridges sooner if taste or odor changes, flow drops, or testing shows treatment is no longer adequate.

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
