Description
The Crystal Quest Commercial Water Softener System holds 1.5 cubic feet of ion exchange media in a 10" x 54" mineral tank for a rated capacity of 45,000 grains. It delivers 9-11 GPM of service flow through a 1" connection and is controlled by a 5600 automatic control head.

- Three stages: 20" sediment cartridge, ion exchange mineral tank with brine tank, and 20" solid carbon cartridge
- All-brass 5600 control head with large LCD display and time clock or metered operation
- Reducing limescale helps protect pipes, boilers, and tanks from buildup
- Optional leak detector valve, vacuum breaker, metered valve, UV sterilizer, or ozone oxidation
Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This is the smallest unit in the Crystal Quest commercial softener range, suited to sites with 9-11 GPM of demand at 35-60 psi. Hard water limescale is stated to raise water heating costs by about 15-20%, so softening ahead of water heaters and equipment can reduce that load. Contact us before ordering if you want to add a metered valve, leak detector, or other option.
