Description
The Crystal Quest Bath Ball Filter attaches to a tub faucet spout and filters bath water through carbon, redox alloy and ceramic media at a recommended 4 to 5 GPM. One cartridge is included and lasts 12 to 18 months or 2,000 to 2,500 gallons.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. The Bath Ball Filter is made for filling the tub with dechlorinated water, attached at the tub spout. Replace the cartridge every 12 to 18 months, or after 2,000 to 2,500 gallons.

- The supplied flex and hard handles may not fit every faucet; a Bath Ball Hook accessory that hangs the filter from the spout is available
- Hard water can damage the chrome finish; wipe a chrome unit dry after each use, or choose white for durability
- If used infrequently, clean the housing periodically with hydrogen peroxide or mild dish detergent

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
