Description
This Crystal Quest cartridge combines iron hydroxide arsenic media with SMART redox and carbon media in one shell. It targets arsenic V and arsenic III, measured against a U.S. drinking water standard of 10 ppb, and is rated from 500 to 3,000 gallons depending on size.

Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. Arsenic occurs naturally in rock and soil and can reach private wells without any taste, color or smell, so testing treated water is how you know when this cartridge is spent. No universal calendar interval applies, so plan service around your source water and usage.

- SMART media capabilities (chlorine, low-level ferrous iron and hydrogen sulfide, some heavy metals and dissolved organics) were not separately tested for this cartridge
- Not designed to treat bacteria, viruses, fluoride, nitrate, hardness or TDS
- Not a drop-in for every SMART position: standard SMART positions and RO pre-filters take a standard SMART cartridge unless the system calls for this combination
- For two-housing systems, a standalone SMART cartridge followed by a standalone Arsenic Removal cartridge is an alternative
- If testing shows mostly arsenic III, high iron or pH outside the normal range, contact us before choosing

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
