Description
Arsenic has no taste, odor or color, so only a water test can find it. This Crystal Quest cartridge uses an iron hydroxide arsenic media to reduce both arsenic V and arsenic III, and drops into a standard filter housing with no electricity, drain line or chemicals.

Details
Avermont Direct is an authorized Crystal Quest dealer. This cartridge is intended as a dedicated arsenic stage for well water or any source where testing has found arsenic, measured against a drinking water limit of 10 parts per billion. Before choosing a size, test total arsenic (ideally arsenic III and V separately) along with phosphate, sulfate, iron and pH.

- Arsenic V is captured quickly; arsenic III is captured more slowly, so water that is mostly arsenic III may need an oxidation step ahead of the cartridge

Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
