Description
This Crystal Quest replacement pack holds the three 2-7/8" x 20" prefilters used on 200 to 400 GPD whole house and low-flow RO systems, with complete packs that add the matching RO membrane. The prefilters reduce sediment down to 5 microns along with chlorine and chloramine before water reaches the membrane.

- Prefilter pack contains the three cartridges only, with no RO membrane
- Install prefilters in order from the inlet: sediment, SMART, then carbon block
- Prefilters are not designed to reduce TDS, hardness or salts; the RO membrane handles these
- The thin-film composite membrane tolerates less than 1 ppm chlorine, and chlorine damage to it is irreversible
- Check the size printed on your current membrane; older 300 GPD systems may use a different size
- Complete replacement packs are one-time purchases; actual filter life depends on feed water quality, system configuration and usage
Shipping
- Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $9.99.
- In-stock items (shown as “In Stock” on the product page) ordered before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Backorder, Partial Backorder and Custom Order items are not covered by the 1–3 business day processing time. Their estimated restock or ship time is shown in the stock status on the product page before you order.
- Large items ship by freight and are typically delivered curbside. Smaller items ship by ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any concealed damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new resalable condition and in their original packaging, including the pallet if delivered on one.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Installed or used products, custom and made-to-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and replacement parts and accessories are not eligible for return.
